A) Day 0 (reception of the order):
The Back Office Department handles the orders received within 3 pm CET; other orders are handled the following working day. The same principle applies to orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays: they will be processed on the next working day. If the products are in stock, the order is processed depending on the chosen payment method:
- • If the chosen payment method is CREDIT CARD, PayPal, CASH ON DELIVERY, the order is fulfilled on the same day.
- • If the chosen payment method is BANK TRANSFER, the order will be handled when we receive the payment on our bank account.
The delivering Carrier picks up the products within 6 pm CET from our warehouses where FARMACOSMO has sent the Transport Document containing the delivery location and any notes inserted in the order. C) Day 2 (Tracking Number Reference assignment and delivery):
The Carrier assigns a Tracking Number Reference to the order and ships the products. Our Back Office Department enters the Tracking Number Reference into the Customer Reserved Area (if the Customer is registered) so that you can track in real time the delivery status and the estimated time for delivery. The Carrier may, in exceptional cases, in its own right, email you with the Tracking Number Reference and/or change the delivery date.
D) Day 2-3 (Delivery):
The products will be delivered to the address indicated when you placed your order. The shipping costs are based on weight and/or volume of the parcel(s) and you can check them in the Checkout Page that precedes the order confirmation. FARMACOSMO reserves the right, for business purposes, to discount or cancel the shipping cost. The delivery slot varies according to the products ordered (e.g. if the products are in stock) and according to the delivery method chosen (e.g. by fixed date) and the delivering place (islands, for instance, could have a delivery time different from the mainland, as some uncomfortable locations, i.e. the towns of Livigno or Campione in Italy). The delivery slot is merely an indication and in no way binding for FARMACOSMO. Delivery is expected from 1 to 5 working days from the order.
Online orders are delivered in Italy, except for Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.
In some periods of the year (Summer and Christmas Time) fulfilling times may change. In this case, you have to refer to the slot indicated on the single product page. FREE SHIPPING (Please note this service is only available for shipping in Italy): Shipping costs are free to Italian destinations for orders with products’ sum exceeding € 79.90. Shipping costs for orders up to €79.90 are based on weight and/or volume of the parcel(s) you have purchased. Shipping costs start at €4.89.

Online orders are delivered in all European countries, except for Jersey Islands, Channel Islands, Man Islands, Balearic Islands, Canaries Islands and Greece. We entrusted to DPDgroup International Services for transport and delivery of international orders.

If the buyer is a 'Company' or a 'Professional', for receipt of the invoice, it has to fill out the appropriate fields in the registration form.
To issue the invoice, you provided us. We will not issue invoices unless you require it.
Tax documentation is included, at the time of dispatch, within a transparent envelope attached to the parcel. However, you may request a copy, by filling the specific online form. Invoices (invoice and/or VAT invoice) must be stored with care, as they are eligible for the warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: according to Italian law (art. 6 DPR 633 /72), the deferred invoice request must be received no later than the 15th day of the following month after the date of issue of the transport document.
- • That the number of parcels delivered matches the number printed in the Transport document.

For each order, you are required to provide a valid phone number. The phone number is required by the Carrier, to easily contact you in case of difficulties in delivery. 2.Data Processing Place
We store and process the information we collect from FARMACOSMO website in our registered office in Naples. The personal data you share with us are under the responsibility of Farmacosmo S.p.A., and the technical personnel only can process them. Occasionally, other entrusted entities might provide maintenance operations on your Data. Data Transfer, Management and Storage happen on UE-based servers.
III. Cookies
Personal Data Protection is very important for us. When you enter your confidential information in the registration or order forms, they will be encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer cryptographic protocols). For online purchases made with credit cards, the credit card number will not be stored in any way as coded and managed directly by the banking institute on which we rely for the Virtual POS service.

1. How FARMACOSMO processes your Data
We process your Personal Data with automated tools, and only for a limited period, as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which we have collected them. We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, and for a limited period required by Laws, Rules or Community Legislation. We will retain your Personal Data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and/or further processed. c) Your choice to stop or restrict the communication
If you are no longer interested in receiving advertisement or marketing information via e-mail, please send us a request to privacy@farmacosmo.it. Do not forget to include your Name, Surname, e-mail address and shipping address. Please remind that you could still receive Customer Service communications, despite your restriction.
VII. AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT
Amendments on Data Processing and Privacy Policy
- This document forms the Privacy Policy of this website.
- We may amend the information contained in this Privacy Policy Statement when we consider this appropriate. We may even send you a notice to your e-mail address when the change in question is relevant to your privacy.

In any case, in order to exercise the right of warranty (both legal and conventional), you must provide evidence of the purchase. It is therefore advisable to store the received tax documentation (sales receipt and/or invoice).
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases a product for purposes that do not fall within the sphere of his/her commercial or professional activity and who places an order without a VAT invoice), he/she has the right to exercise the right of legal warranty in the event of lack of conformity (the products do not work or do not have their distinctive qualities or performances, or they do not match the features stated on the site or on the label or in advertising) within 24 months from the delivery date. To exercise the right of legal warranty, you have to report the lack of conformity within 2 months of its discovery by email to info@farmacosmo.it or registered letter to FARMACOSMO S.p.A., via F. Crispi 92- 80121 - Naples.
The warranty may last a total of 26 months only if the lack of conformity is discovered on the last day of validity of the warranty. In this case, if you refer the lack within 2 months from this date, the warranty will last 26 months. After 26 months, we will be liable for any lack of conformity, the Customer may have identified. In case of lack of conformity, we will restore the conformity of the products by repairing, replacing or reducing the price and without any charge for you. In case we have to restore the conformity, you have to return the products in their original parcel, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and equipment). To limit damages to the original parcel, we recommend inserting it into a second box and not sticking labels or tapes directly on the original packaging of the product. The Customer will be provided with an authorisation number reference (RMA) to indicate outside of the packaging, according to the instructions of the related email.
To write “unchecked” or “delivery unchecked” on the delivery note is not enough to assert the Shipping Insurance: the Customer has to specify in detail what kind of damage the parcel(s) has. If the parcel(s) is clearly damaged and the delivery person refuses to accept the caption “damaged”, the Customer has to refuse the delivery and our Sales department has to be notified immediately. However, we will not accept responsibility for products that are signed for in "good condition" and are subsequently found to be damaged or are just signed for without first inspecting. Any damages, shortages or complaints regarding the delivery must be informed to our sale department entering a Ticket in the appropriate section of the site. The Customer has to notify his/her claim within 8 calendar days of receipt of products. After this deadline, no report will be taken into account.
If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to notify it within 14 working days from the delivery by registered letter, with an advance copy sent via fax or ad hoc online form. Below the references:

In the case you express your intention on withdrawing from the contract through a registered letter, you will receive a confirmation via email, including the exact shipping address for the products to be returned.
For the correct recognition of the right of withdrawal, we point out that:
- - The Consumer is solely liable for the reduction in value of the products resulting from the handling of the products other than that strictly necessary to establish their nature, features and functioning. The products shall anyway be kept and handled with ordinary diligence and returned complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and equipment) with the identification tags, labels and single-use seals, when present, still attached, as well as perfectly suitable for the use for which they were intended and without signs of wear or damage. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal applies to the products in their entirety. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in relation to parts and/or accessories of a product. If the serial number of the product to be returned is included in the product packaging, such as for electronic products, it is part of the product; as a result, the product must be returned in the original parcel, to place in a further packing, without adding any other label or adhesive tape on the original packaging;
- - The Customer is charged with any return cost.
FARMACOSMO will refund the Customer with one of the following methods:
- - Bank transfer if the Customer has paid by bank transfer and/or cash on delivery;
- - Credit card if the Customer has paid by credit card;
- - Paypal if the Customer has paid with Paypal.
To return a product to FARMACOSMO, you have to complete the Return Form available on the website in the Customer Care area with the following information:
- - Order Number.
- - Product name (or products’ names)
- - Mobile phone (for the Carrier)
- - Preferred days and time slot to arrange collection of the parcel.
You can only purchase products existent on the electronic catalogue of the site, at the time the order is shipped. You declare to be aware that the caption 'Available', related to the product, is merely indicative: it could happen that more customers try to purchase the same product simultaneously so that the selected product is not actually in stock. We reserve the possibility, once the order has been placed, to verify the effective availability of the ordered products and, if missing, to immediately notify you the missed acceptance of the order.
We notify the correct reception of the order, by emailing all order details to the email address you provided when you have placed the order. You verify the order accuracy and notifies, within and not after two days, any correction to be made. Once we verify the effective availability of the products, as well as the accuracy of the data the Customer has provided, we send a definitive email to you. From this moment, the contract is legally binding on both parties.
Placing the order on the site, you declare to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods as well as the sales agreement, to accept them without any reservation, and to have received exhaustive information in regards. You are required to save all the emails sent from FARMACOSMO.
- • If the Registered Customer collects 250 Reward Points, he/she may redeem a 7% Off Discount Coupon;
- • If the Registered Customer collects 375 Reward Points, he/she may redeem a 10% Off Discount Coupon.
We may not be held responsible for any partial or total loss of data from our computer systems; you are always asked to save and store all the data you sent. The treated images will be deleted from FARMACOSMO systems within 15 calendar days after the order has been placed. In case of loss or damage to the media containing the data, we will only replace the support with a virgin product of equivalent quality.
You are the only person liable for data you have provided. An indication of links to other sites is intended as a convenience for the Customer; FARMACOSMO can in no case be held liable for the content of such sites and for direct or indirect damages caused to any Customer or any third party by the content of such sites.
