Tè Bancha Hojicha Giapponese biologico per una bevanda delicatamente stimolante.
Caratteristiche
Il tè Hojicha è preparato con foglie della pianta del tè verde ottenute dopo la raccolta dei germogli che servono a preparare il Sencha.
Le foglie sono raccolte, passate a vapore 2 - 3 minuti, arrotolate ed infine asciugate lentamente in forno per arrestare ogni processo di fermentazione; sono poi lasciate riposare un anno ed in seguito tostate.
L'Hojicha contiene una certa quantità di caffeina, sia pur modesta.

Tè verde hojicha biologico.
Consigli d'uso
Mettete in teiera un cucchiaino di Hojicha per persona ed aggiungete acqua bollente.
Lasciate in infusione per 5 minuti, filtrate e servite.
Conservazione
Conservare in luogo fresco e asciutto.
